Cold Laser treatments don’t cause any pain or numbness, they will not cause scarring or trauma, and no recovery time is required! Due to a specific wavelength, the laser only acts on the subcutaneous fat cell layer, so other cells such as skin and capillary blood vessels will not be damaged during this process. Irradiated by a specific wavelength of cold source laser, it creates a chemical signal in the fat cells, breaking down the stored triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol and releasing them through channels in the cell membranes. The fatty acids and glycerol are then transported around the body to the tissues that will use them during metabolism to create energy. It is a safe and reliable way to reduce fat!!
Cryotherapy, called Cryolipolysis and also known as cool sculpting, is a unique non-invasive method for the selective reduction of fat cells with controlled localized cooling. This fat freezing crystallization procedure makes fat cells undergo a process apoptosis. Our advanced “non-vacuum” application delivers a more comfortable cooling treatment without oedemas, bruising, or skinniness typically caused by the suction of Cryolipolysis vacuum cups that other machines use. You will see noticeable results between one and three months after your first treatment session. The fat cells are slowly removed from the body, and it may take as many as four to six months after your final treatment to see the results of your treatment.
Recommended Laser Treatment Course – Treatment time for each session is 40 minutes. 3 times a week, 4 weeks as a treatment course. No downtime or recovery period is needed after treatment.
Recommended Cryotherapy Treatment Course – Treatment time for each session is 40-45minutes. 3-4 times as a treatment course. The interval time between two treatments is 20 days.
Since we will be doing both Cold Laser and Cryotherapy combined, we’ll be alternating treatment areas and design a custom plan for our sessions during your individualized consultation.

Important Cryotherapy Notes: Three hours before a Cryolipolysis treatment, you must not eat or drink anything at all. After a treatment, avoid sauna and hot baths for 3 days and don’t eat spicy foods or seafood for 1 week. This treatment does not require any downtime, so you can return to work the same day. However, immediately after the procedure, you may have some redness, swelling, and soreness in the treated areas, although this is normal and will subside with time. Adults with certain health concerns, such as pregnancy or heart/blood disorders, may not be a good fit for Cryo treatments so we will always do a thorough consultation first!
